Questions about extras

What does my own IPv4 address give me?

The address belongs to your server only. Players join on the game’s default port, no port number needed, and you can point your own domain straight at it.

Can I add the IP later?

Yes. In the customer area open your server → “Change plan”. After payment the address is assigned automatically and is used from the next server restart.

How does a gift card work?

After payment you get a code to pass on. The recipient redeems it in their account and receives the amount as credit – for any plan or extra. Single use, no expiry.

How does a service order work?

After ordering we automatically open a ticket, clarify what you need there and get back to you once everything is done.
